Question : Where can I post complaints About An apt. Complex and property management in Austin,Texas .?
I wish to post in a place where others can be warned of this place.The management staff is none responsive and rude they do respond to maintenance problems without formal complaints such as certified letters.The property is being being remodeled in a purely cosmetic way.In one two week period the water stayed off 4 days with no response from managentmentor no apology and no the city was not at fault the whole complex. was without running water or sewage.
I want ot post where future renters or even buyers can learn as what to expect from this terrile property owner and manged complex.
The pamplet I have says it is Managed by Carlise Apt., Inc and the property is called Willow Brook town Homes North.

Easy… You contact the Better Business Bureau there in Austin and also.. above all.. the Boad of Realtors

One place you can post complaints is www. ripoffreport.com & also http://www.badbusinessreport.com
can also go to your state government web page (try texasgov.com or texgov.com) & can do this from your search button. They should have a site page index possibly at bottom of page to get you exactly where you want to go.
Also if a really bad situation that you can prove your complaint, call your local tv station & they’ll televise your complaint & this company will get investigated by the big guys & will either “fix up” or be shut down. - Comment Feed for this Post
All of the previous suggestions are great. Have you thought about calling 7 On Your Side with channel 7 news? They cover stories and investigate issues that impact Austin consumers. I’m sure they’d investigate what’s been happening at your apartment complex if you contacted them and explained the situation.
