Question : home has old termite damage. Repaired the 4 structural beams under the house.Will it pass the USDA inspection?
We repaired the main supporting beams where they got to. Will that be enough to pass the USDA inspection on the home?
rick look up usda loan or rural development you will see its not just beef. I don’t know how much more stringent the inspector is with the usda type of loan.

USDA is US Department of Agriculture. I am pretty sure they don’t inspect homes; they inspect beef and produce.
Whether anybody passes it depends on whether the repairs have addressed all the important structural damage. If you had to replace beams, chances are there are other bits of the frame that were eaten to well below code.
