Atlanta residents – has anyone bought a Centex home or townhouse?
Question : Atlanta residents – has anyone bought a Centex home or townhouse?
We are trying to buy a townhouse, and Centex is giving us a no down payment, no closing costs, and 6 percent loan. Is this good? I am a first time buyer and am quite clueless. The townhome is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath w/garden tubs, hardwood floors, and crown molding. It is 1, 250 sq ft going for 114, 000. Is this a good deal? Please help, we have 5 more days to get our earnest money ($ 500) back if this is not a good deal.

read this article before you do anything so you understand how a lender acually gives someone a no closing cost loan! its cost you plenty. builders have been playing this game for years! it is not what you think!
if you want to know what the comps are for that area go to zillow.com and put in the address!
if you want current comps make a request belwo they will send you an email of what they have sold for recently!
