Question : does no-cost refinancing on homes really exist?
I have heard advertisements for such but has anyone ever done this

No, it’s always thrown in there somewhere even if it is advertise otherwise. However, refinancing does exist with fair costs. I always do my financing and i send everyone i know to my loan officer, and because I’ve sent him so many of my friends and family, he tends to be extremely fair with people I refer to him. email me for his contact info if you like

Yes, these programs do exist. However, your credit has to be excellent and the interest rate may be a bit higher than average. Watch for “hidden” costs too. Nothing is free so read the fine print.
