Question : Any idea how can I get into commercial real estate in Calgary? Pls. provide some profeesional advice.?
I’m a new immigrant here in Calgary, Alberta. I moved from Southern California where I practiced residential real estate and mortgage. I wanted to continue a my real estate career here in Calgary. You must have a licence to sell property in Alberta as a profession.. you can sell personal property without one but they restrict the number of sales per year to avoid non licenced real estate agents. here is their web site

You may be able to get your licence without having to take courses etc since you have a California one.
