Question : What does dwelling Extension and Increased Dwelling insurance cover?
I just bought a house and I am covered for dwelling, dwelling extension and increased dwelling, What im really trying to figure out if any of these will cover an extra room that my husband is wanting to add on (himself).

Not exactly.
There’s no coverage for the addition, or building materials, during construction on the standard policy.
Dwelling extension usually means, other structures – like a detached garage, a shed, a gazebo. Increased dwelling, usually means an inflation guard.
Once you complete this extra room, you will have to reevaluate your coverage limits, to make sure you’re not underinsured.
