In Kentucky If mobile home movers tear something up (trees, paved driveway etc.) who’s liable the mover or the person who pays the mobile home mover?

Did the contract with the mover state they would pay damages? if not it could be on you…
If it’s not in the contract and/or is not verbally stated between the movers and their client that the movers pay damages caused by moving items, it’s not up to the movers to pay.
