Question : Detached condominium floor plans. KB homes advertises this. Will I own the land or will I not? Or inside only?
1st time home buyer. Need to know asap. Was excited of buying. They advertise at 191K for 3 bedrooms, etc in Palmdale CA. They build and give it to you in 5 months. Will I own the land like a detached? The inside only like a condominium? Im very confused. Is it convenient to buy?

The condo part means you own a portion of the entire land. But it can never be separated like in a free standing house.
