sue
Call your state dept of contractors license and find out who his bond it through. Call the bonding company and tell then you are gong to sue them for damaged due to their client (the contractor) will not back his warranty. They will contact the contractor and will pull his bond if he does not repair the items, with out a bond he is out of business. You may also want to hire a home inspectior to document and photo the items you need to have repaired. That way he can’t say it happened after the one year.
