From the supplier: The Salt Lake Tribune featured an advertisement from Zions Bancorp that promised one year’s payment of homeowners insurance by its Zion Insurance Agency if consumers refinanced their mortgage loans with Zions. The Independent Insurance Agents of Utah were angered by this ad and wrote to Utah Insurance Commissioner Robert E. Wilcox and Utah Insurance Department Market Conduct and Consumer Services Supervisor John Coomans for illegal multilevel marketing.
