Question : Liability Insurance for in home daycare in Arizona.?
**If you live in AZ and run/used to run an in home daycare of less than 5 kids (not licensed, certified), can you recommend a company for liability insurance? Am I even able to get coverage if I’m not licensed? I only plan to have 4 kids at a time, so the state will not license my business. Thanks.

You should be able to get insurance from you home owners policy, call your agent and ask if there any additional coverages on the policy that would cover a home business IF YOU DECIDE TOO… DO NOT SAY YOU RUN A DAYCARE.. or you will get a nasty letter telling you your dropped. But if your company allows it, its no big deal you just get the coverage endorsed on your policy. Also call a local insurance broker and ask if they do insurance for your situation.
