Slow news week so far.
Forced? Interesting. I didn’t read the part where someone held a gun to Stone’s head and forced him to apologize. He did so for one reason, and one reason only…and that is because apologizing would have been beneficial to Oliver Stone. It turns out that, in a civilized society, when someone accuses a Jewish media conspiracy of distorting Hiter & the Holocaust while obscuring civilian and military deaths of WWII—very basic info that any 10th grader could tell you—and a Jewish political conspiracy of running US foreign policy into the ground, the public finds that objectionable. When Glenn Beck stated that Obama has a ‘deep-seated hatred of white people’, there was also a public reaction & boycotts…do you think that the ‘leaders in the organized black community’ force people to apologize for expressing free speech?
You seem to think that simply because speech is free in this country, people in free communities are not allowed to react to someone’s (particularly if that someone is a person you admire) speech, and that any expression of public outrage towards grossly hateful comments is undue cohersion. It makes you come across as quite facist…that combined with your obvious antisemitism gives you two points of common ground with Oliver Stone.
