Question : questions about a lease on a trailer .. i need serious help someone please help me !?
i went to rent a trailer yesterday at a mobile home park that is based on a weekly rental bases . the manager showed us a two bedroom first . it had a hole in the shower that you can see to the floor , and was very tiny . she wanted 300 deposit and first weeks rent . straight away we told her NO . if she had anything else available she then said yes i have one more unit that is a 3 bed 2 bath . showed us that one and told us the deposit was 500 and the first weeks rent . we told her we didnt have enough and she said to come in her office and we’ll work some thing out . she then said ok you can give me the original 300 dep and 1 week rent of 189.00 and pay us 25 extra dollars for 4 weeks to add onto the deposit . we said ok . she showed us the lease and was briefly explaing what the rules were n the summary . SHE NEVER MENTIONED THE ADDRESS ! we assumed we were still talking about the 3 bed 2 bath . we signed the lease gave her cash (( ALTHOUGH IT SAYS NO CASH ON THE LEASE ! )) 480.00 total .. and she gave us a key . we realized the key didnt work on the unit so we went back n told her n she said she would replace ALL the locks by the time we come back tomaarow (( which was today )) and then she would give us a key for the trailer . so when we went back today with our stuff someone was living in the 3 bed . we waited for the landlord and she said she rented us the 2 not the 3 . so we asked for our money back then because thats not the one we wanted that was not the one we had agreed upon its not our fault she put the wrong address on it . and she wont give us our money . what can we do . please help us we are not living on the property we have no keys . were suppose to go back tomarrow to see what her manager said but she said most likely we wont get it back because we did sign the l;ease , but we havent lived there at all . please help what can we do ?? do yo think were entitled to our money back ??
we signed a 7 month lease btw .

Quite unfair for you guys. Get out of the lease. Does your town or state, city have a rental umubensmen (not correct spelling). Here where we live, that goes against the rental policys and landlord policys in our city. Anyways. Im sure its not where you want to live with rundown stuff there. And also its the employees fault on that mistake. When you go back ask to speak with the manager. demand your money back and break the lease. The lady didn’t even show you the suite!!!!
