Question : What is the minimum width of hallway in class A building in New Jersey?
I leased an office space in South Plainfield, NJ. The whole 3rd floor space is empty, and it will be divided for new tennants. But when I saw the floor plan, the hallway width is only 3 feet 8 inches from mid-wall to mid-wall. The landlord advertises that building is class A. I think the hallway is too narrow.
