Question : where can i find a 100% home purchase loan for under 70,000 with bad credit?

Buying a house is a great thing unless you don’t have any money – then it’s the worst decision you could ever make.
The first step you need to take is improving your credit. Pay your bills on time, and start paying debt that you’ve stoped paying on. You’ve made bad decisions in the past, but that doesn’t mean God’s going to give you a free pass on a house.
You don’t have any money saved for a down payment? That’s not going to help your cause much either.
We ALL want to own homes, but the banks want to know they’re going to get their money back – once you can prove you can do that. THEN You can apply for a loan.
You could always see if the seller would consider a lease option. You lease the house for a year while you focus on rebuilding your credit, THEN you get your home loan and buy the house. Don’t rush into something that’s going to destroy your credit and possibly your marriage.

right now u should keep renting (it is temporary). u should work more to pay off ur debt save cash. get a budget. sell extra junk. SAVE money. LOTS of it.
