Question : Where are the moderate cost homes, apartments, with low crime rates in West Palm beach Florida?
If i decide to move to West palm where are the moderate cost homes located say around $ 800-1500 for 3-4 bedroom. I do not want a shack….lol….I also want a diverse neighborhood hopefully close to hospitals so i can get a job as a nurse. I also want a kid friendly environment….help

I urge you to first make inquiries about the neighborhood if you find a place that interests you. Some areas are infested with gangs. Be inquisitive. Rent is high around here. A one bedroom in a relatively safe neighborhood can approach $ 1000 a month, so beware of a 3/4 br for less than $ 1500 a month.
