Question : decent house for sale in west palm beach florida under 50,000?
i need a house. my house is in foreclosure,so it has to be near greenacers and lake worth. it has to be a single family home and it can’t be one of thoose rent house but if you have a good rent house help me out it has to be big enough for my mom,my big sister,and me.

check www.realtor.com, enter west palm beach, FL in search box and then click the box for “rentals” – there are tons of houses down there priced well under $ 50,000, but I have no idea what that area is like – crime-wise, etc

if you are going thru a foreclosure, there is no way you will be able to BUY another house anytime soon – you will have to rent
