Question : Interest rates and fees for refinancing a home?
I need to refinance because my ARM has adjust twice now and is a little more than I’d like.

Firstly, is it a good time to do so, I’m in SE Michigan?
Secondly, what are the expected rates and fees?

I own less than 20% of the home value but median credit rating is around 760 (750-790)

You need to get rate quotes from more than one bank and/or mortgage company. Telling us you’re in SE Michigan doesn’t help us. We have no idea what kind of rate you’d be offered. ONLY a bank or mortgage company can do that.
