Question : What ever happened to ARTEX Building & Remodeling Co.?
Able Rodriquez was Sales & Financing agent. He was getting all the paper work for building our home. He never came back with an answer. Took a bit of Money that we have not seen yet.

If I were you, I would file a report to the Better Business Bureau and since they defrauded you out of your money, you should call the police department and file a fraud complaint.
The guy that took your money may not even work for a building company. His profession may be fraud. It happens all the time. Always call the Better Business Bureau for a report on a company and call their references before you give them any money. If they are a member in good standing with the BBB and their references check out, they are probably OK. http://search.bbb.org/

One more thing:
If you paid him with a visa or mastercard credit card you can reverse the charge and the card company will take the money back out of his back account. Visa and Mastercard guarantee that their merchants will deliver or your money back.
