How much will a New Zealand vacation cost me?
Question : How much will a New Zealand vacation cost me?
I love the New Zealand culture and scenery and want to go there after my graduation next summer. My mom and I would be flying out of Tampa, Florida, USA. I was just wondering how much plane tickets, rental cars, hotels, and food would cost us and if this is even a feasible graduation present. Thanks!

Not sure when you are graduating.. fare changes in different seasons. Anywhere from $ 800 to $ 1800 each depending on when you go.
Your exchange rate when you get there will help as you’ll get almost twice as much once you’ve exchanged your money.
Don’t know what kind of hotels you want to stay in but you can look up some on Google to get an estimate.
A US to NZ for two can be quite expensive. Start researching!
Also, better to post this in the NZ section instead of Australia. It’s like putting Canada in USA!

anyway,uh…..a good meal rated 10 for a day will be 10-20 dollars,
100-120 a week,
i not sure of tickets tho.
rental cars cost 50-100 dollars a wekk.
gas is 2.00 A LITRE! i know rip off it goes higer every day……sometimes lower.hotel…..um……500 a month.
best place 2 go to in the north island is rotarua.
the mud and geysers are awesome!and its soooooo steamy.
in the south island try going to chrischurch.
