Question : New House, under warranty. 2nd bdrm above garage not well insulated. What can I do to get builder to repair?
The house was built 4 years ago. I am first owner. It was built before I was looking for a house. The builder seems reluctant to make correction. He states I should just get portable heater for the room. Insulation can be added if they lower ceiling in garage and blow insulation in between new and original ceiling.

You have to read the warranty you were given or have a lawyer review it for you to see what the builder is required to do.
