How to Find a Home Builder?

Question : How to Find a Home Builder?
I recently came across a web listing for new Condos coming to Colorado Springs. The site only shows the floorplan and general details. I would like to contact the builder which the site claims in “Legacy Ridge” but no contact information of any sort is listed.

I am just a little confused and frustrated considering I have contact information from others builders found on this site. Any suggestions on locating the builder, I have been to legacyridge.com, net, and org to no avail.

I completely empathize with your confusion! All of the available links either didn’t work or directed you to somewhere even more confusing. But when searching for Legacy Ridge I discovered it was a golf community. With almost all golf communities there exists a country club and upon investigating a country club, I found a working website with a link that includes contact information for information on available builders. I hope this helps you towards the goal and that i get awarded the 10 points!

Contact Candace Ranger at Heritage Realty in Colorado Springs at (719) 593-1518. She handles new homes/condominiums in the Springs. I’ll guarantee she can find the subdivision, plus she can give you representation and bargaining power in the purchase without an extra penny out of your pocket.

Builders often advertise a “coming soon” to draw interest and collect names a year or two before a project actually comes on the market. Sometimes this is a good thing if you find out but in this market it may mean nothing at all. If they don’t have enough interest they may delay the project further or may not do it at all, they may even sell it to another builder. If you can wait that long then keep doing searches and something will show up.

BTW, the community name “legacy ridge” may mean nothing, just their advertising agency testing the waters. Legacy ridge may be the master-planned community and may end up being 5-6 new neighborhoods all being built by different builders.
