I’m in the process of buying a home and my realator referred one and he said it will cost about $ 340 for the home inspection plus about $ 80 for a termite inspection. Is this a good price?

It is, 400 is about the going price.
That’s a normal price. We bought our home last month in Texas and paid $ 275 for the inspection, $ 80 for the termite inspection and then another $ 75 for the final inspection (after the seller made the requested repairs).
