I had to cut 3-min from this story. YouTube only allows 100M. Drej, check out the nut that left a response on my Katrina 2 1/2 years later video. Drej, will be on TV again next week “I-team Fox 8″ for another good story in Ohio City.

I saw you video. Nice Job.
The basement humidity is high. The insulation has an interior vapor barrier. Cut up the plastic vapor barrier, seal the sump pump pit 100% with caulk and plug in a dehumidifier. This may help.

question, was the water closet & sink in the bathroom installed in the bathroom before or after the floor/tiling job?
