From the supplier: The Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games awarded Johnson and Higgins Sports Insurance Partners (JASIP) the contract to provide the 1996 Olympic Games, which will be held in Atlanta, GA, with all insurance, consulting, brokerage and related services. Johnson and Higgins of Georgia Inc, who headed the six-company JASIP joint venture, received contracts to provide special insurance-related services including broadcasting rights/cancellation and excess liability insurance. Twelve insurers filed bids for the Olympics contract.
