I NEED AN APPRASIAL FEE QUOTE AND QUOTE FOR $ 2,000,000 BUILDING INSURANCE. This a non flooding, high ground area with no known past high wind disasters.

Depends on what county you’re in, and how many miles from the water. The flooding and past wind disasters is pretty much irrelevant. In Florida, your big challenge is getting ANYONE to write it, the whole state is tough to write business in.
So for your question, NO, there’s no discount condo group insurance company. You’ll need to contact a local, independent agent to get a quote for this coverage. You’re going to have a hard time finding someone happy to write this at a $ 2,000,000 limit, as you’re probably about 30% underinsured at that value – it works out to be about $ 70 a square foot.
I’d expect you’ll pay about the same for $ 2,000,000 (underinsured surcharge) as you will for $ 3,000,000 – probably about $ 30,000 for the property part, and $ 15,000 for the liability end of it.
