Question : Does anyone know of a good home warranty company? Have tried American Home Shield already!–yuch?
I have tried Country Wide and American Home Shield and don’t know whether or not it is worth renewing with AHS. They always find reasons not to cover whatever you need done! Help!

Ive used First American Home Buyers Warranty, they have never denied anything. Just pay a co-pay each time a technician comes out to your home 55.00 and somethings will require upgrades or extra costs. But all in all, it was worth it.
