Question : Do you get those annoying “Your auto warranty is about to expire” calls?
Do you recieve the incessant calls about your car waranty expiring? Have you requested to be taken off their call list? Well, I two solution for you:

The first is to file a complain with the FCC, you can do so
For home phones here: https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do?form_page=1088B
For cell phones here: https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do?form_page=1088G
The company doing this is Automotive Warranty Protection Services, aka National Dealers Warranty Inc., of St. Peters, Missouri.
Here are additional Phone Numbers for National Dealers Warranty listed by the BBB:
Tel: (800) 436-3185
Tel: (800) 485-1134
Tel: (800) 774-0041
Tel: (800) 701-1063

I also recomend you write a letter to both your local Better Business Bureu and your Local attorney general about these calls. Why? Solicitation calls to cell phones are illegal, and the message this call has is in violation of the TCPA(Telephone Consumer Protection Act) because it does not provide the business name, does not provide a callback number. Further, the company does not respond to do not call requests. Power to the People!

You can complain to the government but it’s the government who sells your information to telemarketers. You can opt out of having the department of motor vehicles sell your info.
