Is worthless, 3/4′s is fluff and things you can get from the internet. majority of the book is cut and pasted from state sites on various state specific laws. I am from from California and don’t care about laws in Maryland or any other state, I am buying it to find out how to list REOs, about 90% of this book has nothing to do with that.
Basically you are paying for a list that is only a couple pages long and most of the links go to places that have nothing to do with REOs and to bank website like [...], that is their customer website! I sat up about two nights and went through everyone of the links. I would estimate only about a third were legit links that added up to nothing and that was before the collapse of all the banks, so even more of those links are dead now.
Consider is that it is very dated, especially due to the collapse of the banks…
Spend your money wisely, this book only fills the pocket of the writer. I wouldn’t buy this book, and if you do, I wouldn’t pay more than $5. No, atually I wouldn’t even pay that. In fact, the publishers should be arrested for the wasting a valuable resourse, the tree and ink that went into printing this and the waste of the victim that was suckered into reading this!

Definitely a book for newbies, not sure if it’s worth the price. It does give you about 2-3 pages of websites that I wouldn’t of had found. overall ok! -

I can’t believe this people sold me the book for $59.00. It is not even worth $15.00. I would not waste my money if I were you. This book is highway robery. Save your money. -

It is hard to imagine that such a small book could have so much fill. More than half the book is filled with the 50 states foreclosure info. Information that is easily found on the web.
Most of the other pages are general information that could easily be picked on a real estate message board.
The only real use for this book is the 4 pages that have webs site address of BPO and REO companies. But the book falls short here too because it fails to tell you anything about any of these companies. Even the basics such as does the company do BPOs only or REOs also.
I paid the full price of $59.95 because I bought when it first was offered by Amazon, I will be selling mine very soon as used.

This is the Best Foreclosure book I have ever purchased! I followed the book and received my first bpo order within 4 days and my first REO listing within 1 1/2 weeks! I recommend this book to everyone I know!
