Question : what companies refinance manufactured homes?
I am looking to refinance my manufactured home (double wide) I recently went through a divorce and would like to get the loan in my name only. I have tried to look for a refinance company online, but I run into a lot of walls because it is a “mobile home.” it is on a crawl space, not a full basement. Anyone have suggestions?

You can refinance through any mortgage company that is licensed to do FHA loans.
