They have many complaints. They charge an upfront fee with a promise that it will be refunded. Instead of refunding it, they sometimes bill the customer for a 3% cancellation fee. Even tho the customer waited months for his money.
The tipoff that this is not legit is that the company says that you can make $ 5K to $ 25Million working at home. They are selling franchises.
In many states you can open your own loan brokerage by posting a $ 250,000 bond ( $ 25,000 cash) and passing an exam. Local business and real estate schools teach the licensing classes for $ 250.
I looked into the Commercial Capital Training Group program a few weeks ago. Everything looked pretty good on their website, but when I started to do my own research on the company I couldn’t find much. They claim to have been in business for many many years, but when I looked them up with the Department Of Corporations of NY it says that they just incorporated on Nov. 6, 2009. They have testimonials on their website of graduates from Feb. 2008, Aug. 2008, & March 2009 so….How can they be successful graduates of the CCTG if CCTG weren’t in business back then. THIS PUT UP SOME RED FLAGS IN MY DECISION MAKING PROCESS. 20K is a lot of money and I will not spend my hard earned 20K with a company that built a website that LIES. Thank goodness I did my homework before I committed to spending my 20K.
