Can ii get another camera and 2 ipods if they have been stolen ? using warranty or homeowner insurance?
Question : Can ii get another camera and 2 ipods if they have been stolen ? using warranty or homeowner insurance?
Somehow all 3 i had a sony digital camera my brother had the new video nano and i had the old nano that dissapeared from my house but i think warranty doesnt cover stolen items. but my question is if i get another camera that is a different brand name then the one ii had can i use my warranty to replace it and my mom says she has homeowner insurance so do you have to give the homeowner agents a receipt cuz i only have 2 receipts and since my ipod was the old kind and it got stolen would the insurance by another different ipod like the touch ? or it has to be the same ipod that was stolen but i dont think they sell it anymore.
obviously Don ii had some frendsz come over my house so they prob took it but noone is coming clean not an actually theif if i was liying why would i ask this question i really would like my stuff im miserable my mom wont buy me anything anymore until she finds out who took it but in the meantime i still want a replacement cuz noone is going to tell me they have my stuff

most warrantys don’t cover theft. Your deductable on your home owners might be more than the items stolen. You also have to file a police report. Good luck.
I worked for an inisurence company most likely you have a $ 500 or $ 1000 homeowners deductable ( the amt you owe before they pay the rest to you) Now if it happend all the same time then thats one homeowner claim One deductable but if it happened at diffrent times diffrent items being taken then thats all diffrent claims and seperate deductables… also you need a police report for it all for the Insurence company to do anything… looks like you need these so called friends to come clean…. scare them a little tell them that you are calling the police if you think you know who did it.
as far as warrenty it wont cover stolen, only thing that covers stolen items is insurence. sorry.
