Md. woman charged in $4 million fraud scheme
(AP:BALTIMORE) An Annapolis, Md., woman with several aliases is accused of scamming banks and mortgage lenders out of at least $4 million. Fifty-five-year-old Winnie Joanne Barefoot has been indicted on charges of bank fraud, wire fraud and social security fraud.
