The Sims 2 – House Design modern 19

The 19th House:) I think I have a good job on this, are my favorite parts of the kitchen, dining room, balcony and stairs. The house was about $ 105,000 + if it ended and lasted about three hours. My Windows Movie Maker froze, I make the video so well, it is automatically saved: P Also, I am certain appropriations of new technologies (Windows Movie Maker Credits) and I like it: D The song is one of my favorites Slipknot and I saw sites for downloads for people who would like to know ^ ^ PEACE

well first build a 1 story home (no roof) and than make a little room that you want the balcony to be above. Than, go up 1 story and go to the flooring option and place floor on top of the little room below where you want the balcony. Than go into fencing option, and make a little fence around the floor. Than build the second story and a door to go out.
