Insurance only covers procedures that are medically required – if the hair is causing a serious medical condition. I can’t think of any situation where excess hair would be considered life-threatening
Theoretically, yes, if it’s medically necessary and the ONLY way to treat something.
But a razor does the same thing, so practically, no.
No, it’s cosmetic. Having hair on your body isn’t harmful.
No. there is no medical reason for it.
