The snow and ice on County (rural) roads with a man, a truck, two were used as historical is it safe?
County to discuss a man in a truck when we historically two truck for snow and ice. My concern is the safety of my employees and the traveling public.

if you can explain the need for two dudes, you might have a shot. Initially, folks will assume that you are just trying to pad the payroll for your own purposes, and will point out that truck drivers and cops and others can work alone, but you just point out the rlole of the passenger and explain why you’re different from cops and truck drivers.
