		<description>Well, as far as any damages, you would have to prove they did it by taking them to court and pesenting whatever evidence you had against them.

Most moving companies require that that the workers be bonded &amp; insured, so if you went cheap and hired some company that does not follow these practices, you have only yourself to blame.

Also, a written contract, in which said liabilities would be   covered would be nice as well.</description>
