For all you keyboardists out there, what would be the best synthesizer to buy for a beginner?
I am interested in buying a synthesizer. I don’t know which brands would be best. I do want to record what I play on it. As far as other features go, I just want something of good quality for $1500 or less. Any ideas?
$1500 will buy a lot of synthesizer.

Roland Juno G, Juno Stage, Fantom X-6

The Roland Juno Stage was designed from the ground up to be a live performing synthesizer. It has beautiful piano and electric piano sounds, plus plenty of synth sounds, and other instruments. If I had $1500 to spend, and wanted an all around synth for live use or recording, I’d go for it.
